" I demand retraction and public apology, or else I will sue her", is what Sam Milby said on The Buzz yesterday against Lolit Solis' allegation regarding Sam and Piolo that was seen dating in Sofitel last October 12. Sam Milby is obviously upset on the chismis as he is speaking in straight English, unlike on his regular interviews where he tried to speak in Tagalog.

But Lolit Solis sticks to her story. "Bakit, ano ba ang mga nasulat ko? May sinabi ba akong masama doon sa article? Ang isinulat ko lang, nakita ko silang nabubulungan at nagmemeryenda doon sa Sofitel Hotel. Wala akong isinulat na iba".

Friends of Sam Milby and Piolo testify that there were not on the said place as what Lolit claimed that she saw the two between 3-4PM at Sofitel hotel. Piolo is said to be in a pictorial with Timex (with Angel Locsin) while Sam is in a salon having his hair done.
